We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our efforts in building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and enhancing our digital footprint—particularly through social media.

 

Job Description:

As the Marketing Director, you will spearhead Zappy’s marketing initiatives, focusing on developing and executing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. A key priority will be overseeing digital assets for sponsorships and partnerships, aligning efforts with both internal teams and external partners to maximize brand visibility. You’ll also manage social media content creation and campaigns while organizing on-the-ground activations through pop-up events and strategic brand collaborations to drive user adoption and engagement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on social media strategy and content creation.
  • Analyze metrics and adjust strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Design and produce digital assets for sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Organize and execute pop-up events and strategic brand collaborations to drive user adoption and create engaging, in-person brand experiences.
  • Oversee the creation of comprehensive marketing materials, working in close collaboration with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Lead inbound marketing strategies including content creation, keywords strategy, and website optimization.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand visibility.
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices for user engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and SEO practices.
  • Proven experience in driving user adoption through engaging campaigns and unique marketing initiatives.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Experience organizing events, pop-ups, and collaborations that drive brand awareness and community engagement.
 

Requirements:

  • Must live in Miami, FL, as this position will be hybrid, requiring site visits to local venues.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be qualified to work in the U.S.
